Join us at the garden for a series of workshops on fermentation led by award-winning author Rachel de Thample. The sessions offer a dive deep into different areas of fermentation. Each session will focus on a specific area of fermentation to give you more in-depth experience making and using each gut-boosting technique. July’s workshop will focus on pickles and sauces.
