The Survey Prize Draw is open to all parents and carers over 18 years old and over which are registered with our weekend services who have submitted our Weekend Services March 2023 Survey by midnight on Friday 31st March 2023*

Any entries received after this date will not be entered. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple submissions of the same survey or from the same person will not result in additional entries into the prize draw.

The free Survey Prize Draw will take place at 14:00 on Saturday 1st April 2023 at Calthorpe Community Garden premises using random allocation software and the winner will be notified in person if present, or by email if not on the same day.

If the winner/s do not respond within one month of the draw date, the prize will be forfeited.

The winner’s details (name) will be published on our website on Saturday 1st of April 2023 for 2 months.

Employees of Calthorpe Community Garden or anyone else connected with the free Survey Prize Draw may not enter.

To qualify for the Survey Prize Draw entrants must respond to all compulsory questions and supply their email on the Survey Prize Draw entry box in the Weekend Services March 2023 Survey.

Survey Prize Draw entrants shall be considered to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

We can only accept one entry per person and joint submissions are not permitted.

There will be one winner, receiving a £50 voucher spendable on many mainstream brands and supermarkets. The winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process by an independent adjudicator.

Each voucher will be emailed to the winner within two weeks of confirmation of their email address details.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Insofar as is permitted by law, Calthorpe Community Garden, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Calthorpe Community Garden, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Calthorpe Community Garden reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

The decision of Calthorpe Community Garden regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

*Prize draw entry is conditional on a Weekend services March 2023 survey submission but not on completing the survey.
